Terms & Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing and using the arbitration platform ("VirtuResolve360" or "Platform"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

1. Definitions

  • Platform: VirtuResolve360, an online dispute resolution system.
  • Users: Authorized Arbitrators, Claimants, and Respondents.
  • We/Us/Our: VirtuResolve360.
  • You/Your: Any registered user of the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By logging in, you confirm that you understand, accept, and will comply with these Terms. VirtuResolve360 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with such changes becoming effective immediately upon posting.

3. User Eligibility

The Platform is only available to individuals legally eligible to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Users must be 18 years or older. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

4. User Registration & Account Security

Users must register/verify using accurate and complete details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@virturesolve360.com.

5. Platform Usage

The Platform is solely for arbitration-related purposes. Any unauthorized use, data sharing, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All case-related data and communications on the Platform are confidential. Users must not disclose case details to unauthorized parties. VirtuResolve360 complies with applicable data protection laws to secure user information.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Engage in unlawful activities or violate applicable regulations.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to another user’s account.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.

8. Communication Policy

By providing your contact details, you consent to receive notifications via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. Users may opt out of informational messages but must comply with Platform-related communication obligations.

9. Platform Availability & Modifications

VirtuResolve360 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Platform at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing updated Terms periodically.

10. Limitation of Liability

VirtuResolve360 is not liable for:

  • Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss.
  • Unauthorized access due to the user’s failure to secure credentials.
  • Any reliance on information provided on the Platform.

11. Termination of Access

VirtuResolve360 may terminate access if a user violates these Terms or engages in misconduct.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, India.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
